Hours of Operation:

Business Hours by appointment only
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday - 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Closed for check in or check out on Major Holidays including: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. We are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 day a year.

Arrivals/Departures:
Guests may arrive or depart any time during business hours by appointment; however, we would prefer arrival at least one hour prior to closing. Please schedule departure time to expedite the process. Owners must pick up their pet by close of business or  an additional days boarding will be charged.
 
In Our Home VIP Boarding:
 
A temperament evaluation which we conduct at my home.

Vaccination records, including Bordatella, Rabies, and Distemper.

Fleaing (Frontline, Biospot, Advantage etc) which must be provided upon your check in or a surcharge will be applied for the flea prevention applied by us.
 
Your pet must be house trained!
 
Your pet must also be neutered or spayed by 8 months of age.
 
A $50 deposit is required to hold your pets reservation. Payment in full required at check in!
 
Cancellations:
 0 - 48 hours prior to any service, and/or Holidays: Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
 2 - 7 days prior to service: 20% of service total is due (equals an 80% refund)
 8 days prior to service or more: No charge, refund in full
 

Traditional Climate Controlled Dog Kennel and Condo:

Free Consultation:
At your place or ours. A "meet and greet" is essential for determining mutual needs. A review of services will be discussed as well as fees. Any questions or concerns can be discussed at any time. 

Payment:
Full payment should be made during the consultation visit unless otherwise agreed upon. If payment is not received as agreed in the consultation visit, a late fee of $12 per day shall be assessed.

 

A $50 deposit is required to hold your petsitter reservation.
